  • ✅ You can cancel your order while it's in:

    • Level 1: Confirmation Stage

    • Level 2: Pre-Design Fulfilment Stage

  • 🚫 You cannot cancel your order once:

    • It has entered design or production

    • It has already been shipped

⚠️ Once your order is custom printed and packed, it's locked into dispatch mode and can't be pulled back.
