Our Build Your Own Merch (BYOM) items are specially crafted based on your unique designs. Because of their custom nature:

  • 🛠️ BYOM products are non-returnable unless damaged or there's an issue caused on our end

  • 🧾 If your item is defective or misprinted, we’ll absolutely make it right—just send us clear photos

  • 🚫 We can’t accept returns for:

    • Personal preference

    • Incorrect designs submitted by the customer

    • Sizing errors (please check our size guide before ordering)
