📦 If your Evri delivery has arrived at a locker but you haven’t received your collection code yet, don’t panic — this can happen occasionally.
🔑 Didn’t Receive Your Locker Code?
If tracking shows your parcel is ready for collection but no code has been sent to you, please follow these steps:

📍 Go to the Evri locker location shown in your tracking information. You should be on site at the locker before calling support — this ensures they can verify and assist properly.

Explain that your parcel has arrived but no locker code was received. Provide your tracking number and confirm the locker location.

The Evri team will verify your details and can issue your code or assist with locker access if appropriate.
